Create Building Company was established in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2015 with a mission to enhance collaboration among architects, contractors, and owners. Initially focused on commercial design-build projects, particularly interior build-outs and renovations, our company quickly evolved. Over time, we expanded our scope to include larger and more intricate projects, diversifying into construction management (CM) and hard-bid projects. Collaborating with a wide array of architects and designers, we realized that our success stemmed not solely from our design-build expertise but from our core construction methodologies and approach. In 2024, we rebranded to Create Building Company (formerly WJCreate), marking our transition to a comprehensive construction firm poised for future growth and innovation.
