The Skills Center

The Skills Center Collaborative was an ambitious development project that transformed the existing site into a multifaceted community hub, encompassing over 50,000 square feet of versatile space. A key highlight of the project was the construction of a new state-of-the-art gymnasium structure, designed to support a range of indoor multi-sport events. This, along with extensive renovations to the existing building, created a vibrant environment tailored to the needs of the community. In addition to the gymnasium, the Skills Center Collaborative houses an esports facility, providing cutting-edge technology and a dedicated space for competitive gaming. The development also featured a cafe, offering a welcoming social space for visitors, as well as modern office spaces to support the operational needs of various organizations. The project successfully accommodated a diverse mix of programs, creating a dynamic and inclusive space that catered to the evolving needs of the community while promoting physical activity, technology engagement, and social interaction.
